Hi, is there anywhere i can get ear pads for these? ive had my pair of normal h5's and the left pad is not doing great I've been looking to buy them but i can not for the life of me find them, and when i do find them its some stupidly big price

Mine works but at first i thought it was broken until i pushed the cables that attach to the headset in more, they felt like they were in but you have to push them in until they snap in place. After that mine works pretty nicely.

My headset just arrived and I'm really upset cause I can't hear any sound on my left side of headphone and I cannot hear accrurate sound in my east side too wtf is wrong with my headphone plz god I've waited this more than 1 month and now THIS? plz

I think mine are defective too. The headset look good but you can tell the materials are very cheap and crappy.

Guys there's something seriously wrong with my pair that just arrived. I can't get it to sound correctly on my phone at all. My iPod classic sounds off (no vocals and a lot of other sounds missing) if the plug is inserted all the way in. I can eject it a few mm and get it to sound like it should. How should i proceed about reporting my product as defective?
