Ken Onion has become somewhat of a legend in the knife community for his functionally sound designs with a little bit of flair. His latest, the Gusset is true to his body of work. The handle section of this knife is where it really shines. Inspired by the truss of a dune buggy, it’s made from skeletonized stainless steel for strength without adding bulk—and the cutout holes offer a nice grip. The blade clocks in at a solid 3.6 inches. The drop-point shape is suitable for a wide range of tasks, while the 8Cr13MoV stainless steel is easy to sharpen and resistant to corrosion. Outfitted with IKBS, the Gusset flips like a dream, locking in place with the frame lock. It also comes with a tip-down clip and is available in two distinct styles depending on your taste.
Note: At checkout, choose between the black version with a serrated edge and the gray version with a plain edge.
