Hi everyone,
We are obviously disappointed that some of the orders have been received in bad shape. We are reaching out to the vendor to understand what happened in the manufacturing and shipping process to cause these problems. We will be following up to make sure that any existing problems are addressed and taken care of before we bring this product back.
If you receive a product that has arrived in unsatisfactory condition, please don't hesitate to contact support@massdrop.com.
LondonHey @London, we've been in close contact with DeckTutor about defects in some of the binders and have determined that it has affected a small percentage of the binders.
Our Customer Service team has been swamped with the Holidays, but are working on reaching out to all affected customers to get them replacements. Everyone who has reached out to support@massdrop.com about this issue should have an initial response to begin the process today.
If anyone is having issues with their binders and hasn't reached out yet, please don't hesitate to do so and if you can include pictures it will be helpful for DeckTutor in identifying any and all ways they can improve the v2.
Thanks!
There are only 1000 binders available in this drop, and almost 200 of them have been purchased the morning we listed this. The buy will close automatically when 500 people join, so do be aware of this.
hsitkoI bought a bunch of these. The pages in just about every one started to tear out after not much use. the pockets for the cards also started to rip at the seams. It seems like a nice product at first glance but even some of the new ones that i received had issues of torn pages or pockets that were not attached correctly. I would go elsewhere for 4 pocket binders. Namely to DEX protection.
Hey everyone,
We submitted our order for The DeckTutor FOUR Card Album (2-Pack) shortly after the drop ended.
Now that the order has been placed, the vendor is preparing it for shipment. In the meantime, we will also be getting our warehouse ready to handle the reshipment of the product to everyone as soon as it arrives.
Expect an update on 10/3 or sooner if something comes up.
Im paying massdrop. It doesnt matter whose "fault" it is. Massdrop is charging me for this service and as a customer I deserve answers if they ever want my business again.
LambachTrust me, I have felt the frustration too. We all have. Probably Massdrop as well. The thing you need to consider, is this was a massive order, placed with a small company, in ITALY. These are not even available for purchase in the US at all! So yes, it took a while. However, we were kept up to date throughout the entire process, including notifications every few days letting us know the status, all while being provided a service which was not available to us previously. I would chalk this in the win column. We were kind of the test group with this company, there is a good chance if this drop is brought back in the future, it will be more efficient at that time.
This wait is getting really insane. When will the item be in my hand? Best guess? I have tons of khans cards just sitting around in sleeves that need to be in a binder but Im waiting these. And have been waiting....forever.
When buying online it seems almost impossible to control whether you're buying the genuine article with these or the cheap "Made in China" knockoffs. Is there a guarantee these are the real thing?
Great news! About 75% of our order came in earlier today from DeckTutor. Our warehouse guys are now busy breaking them down into individual packages and we will be shipping them out shortly. We are expecting tracking numbers to start becoming available as shipments are being prepared within the next 24 hours.
DeckTutor has to ship the order in two batches because of the inventory replenishment delay. And we were told earlier that the remaining 25% of the orders will be ready for us to pick up from DeckTutor's Italian facility tomorrow. We are expecting the transit time for this shipment to take approximately 7 business days to arrive our warehouse from Italy. Once the remaining shipment arrives, we will make sure the warehouse is ready to get them out to the rest of the orders right away.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 3/5 or sooner.
