Just received an offer for a replacement, or a full refund from support due to my broken edge light LED. Kind of unsure at this point which option to take.
KethDid they tell you how long for them to send you a replacement keyboard? Are they covering shipping for your return? I also have an issue with the LED and my plan is for a replacement once they support replies to me.
AvalonMabiMassdrop would be covering the return shipping cost. Not sure how long it would take to get the replacement...though I did ask if they could/would verify the replacement had fully working LED's before shipping it. If they can't I'll get my money back.
