There is a high pitched noise coming out of my headphones when the keyboard's leds in rgb mode, specially using fully rbg profile and blue/pink profile. But when the leds are off or using the all white profile, it does not have that sound. Any idea how to fix that?
This is how it sounds like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJxlNDliSUs
ivandatuI have this issue too! I think it just started in the last couple days for me. I've had the board for about 2 weeks, and I don't think I would've gone the whole first week without noticing it
JakePetroI also use this keyboard with my office laptop to code. At first, I didn't notice it and I thought it only happens in my home gaming pc. But if i put my ear close to the keyboard, i can hear the sound coming out directly from the keyboard. Not from the laptop speaker nor the headphone, but directly from the keyboard.
ivandatuHuh, I think we may have different issues then actually. After further looking into my issue , I realized my sound wasn't coming directly from my keyboard, but a ugreen peripheral switch hub I use to switch between my laptop and desktop. Even with an external power supply for the USB switcher, the power draw of the keyboard with the brightness medium-high was too much. Sorry for the confusion on your issue of sound coming directly from the keyboard, good luck figuring it out!
ivandatuWas this issue ever solved @Elbert I seem to be having this same issue. While the leds are on I get a noise but with them off there is no noise at all.
