Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the stabilisers of this keyboard? If so what measurements of stabilisers do I need to get to replace the current ones?

ImNathanYou will need a standard set of genuine cherry stabs(4x2u and 1 6.25u). Just make sure they are plate mounted, the pcb mounted ones will not fit. If you really want to benefit from this look up Nathan Kim's video guide how to clip and lube them. It is an easy process which makes day and night difference.

ImNathanJust to add on, it doesn't really matter which stabilizers you get, whether it's the $10 Cherry or GMK stabilizers, or the $30 Zeal stabilizers, if you don't modify them, they're all going to sound horrible. So if you're not planning on modifying, it's might not be worth it to get another set of stabs.
