Hello, recently I purchased this keyboard so far I am very happy with it. But I have one specific problem with it. With my old keyboard I was using USB Hub Switch to connect the keyboard. Basically I need my keyboard to be connected both to my work laptop and to my personal computer. With this USB switch I could switch between work and personal computer with one button, I also have my headphones and mouse connected to it and everything works except for the keyboard. This is what I was using "UGREEN USB Switch Selector 2 Computers Sharing 4 USB Devices USB 2.0" that I bought from Amazon. Is it not working because it's only for USB2.0? So if I purchase same thing but with USB3.0 => "UGREEN USB 3.0 Sharing Switch Selector 4 Port 2 Computers Peripheral Switcher Adapter Hub" will it work? Thanks, for answers!

IhaviI have same problem. Looks like the USB hub inside the keyboard doesn't work well with KVM. FYI, the USB hub chip used inside CTRL only supports USB 2.0, so I am not sure it works with USB 3.0 hub. Also, I have no problem using this keyboard with USB switch on my laptop and other desktop. Only AMD motherboard (b450, x570 chipset) has problem so far.

OpenTitanI have Intel Z390 motherboard, I don't think issue is there. So you think upgrading to USB 3.0 KVM won't help?

IhaviIs your usb switch self-powered? I have a usb 2.0 switch that includes a separate micro usb female port for optional power input. Whether this optional power is needed, presumably depends on what's connected to the hub.

hellowhoI just solved the issue, yes there was female micro-usb port for optional power. I just plugged that in and it works. Thanks!

IhaviLet me know if it works. I have this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MXXQKGM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The keyboard LEDs do not shine. Maybe only 30%. All keystrokes function though.
