Amazing! People are reviewing the keycaps they received while AT THE SAME TIME some of us had their order cancelled! And all I got for a 228.50$ order is 10$ of rewards. That's just the cost of shipping...
more importantly:
>Drop decided to prioritize small orders in order to fulfill more orders in numbers, instead of prioritizing the biggest orders.
The consequences are:
- The customers which are spending the most are likely to continue to do it again. So now those big whales have surely lost their enthusiasm for Drop. That's a very bad strategy you did there.
- since those keycaps are rarely restocked/manufactured all at once, those big orders (the whole set) are now nearly impossible to redo, while it is more doable to order one or two keycap only ! You made again a very bad decision.

Flop_YshIn the mean time the support answered saying that they had no choice since they have no ETA.
Well actually for group buys, the customer can wait a year and even more with crown founded stuff, especially since covid. So the given reason is quite strange since the products are actually manufactured...

Hi everyone! This is a new update on your Foodie keycaps.
After being through the 15-day lockdown, the quarantine in HCMC has been prolonged for 2 months more. Dwarf Factory has been understaffed, as well as lacking material supply. Therefore we can’t send you the expected package on time. On behalf of Dwarf Factory, I apologize for the long wait.
But the good news is that HCMC is about to open up, with the resumption of the supply chain, Dwarf Factory expects to work with more manpower and convenience. So that the new delivery date can be assured.
We estimate to ship all the Foodie keycaps to Drop's warehouse on October 20th. (It can be changed due to the actual situation but we will try our best to deliver the package asap)

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for choosing Foodie!
Unfortunately, some of our employees are infected with COVID-19. To guarantee the health of the rest, we have to halt the production activities for at least 21 days. And currently, Ho Chi Minh City has been under a 15-day lockdown to slow down the spreading of variant Delta. So to get back to business will take some time. But we’ll try our best to solve this problem, and send you the hottest, most delicious artisan keycap. It will happen on September 17th, 2021, if everything goes well. The day can be changed due to the actual situation. I’ll update when anything happens.

pumpkinhead Estimated ship date is July 20, 2021 PT. It seems they'll just be in pre-order till all are sold out and/or till ship date in July. Mayhaps?
