I have made 5 trys to reach EchoBox support (both telephone calls and text) and have not had one response. I lost the box of filters and tips and need to buy more. What good is a product if you can not get any support. Does anyone have way to get a response from EchoBox support?
omegaohmOof. Well, last ditch effort to see if they respond here I guess. They are really blowing out the Finder X1 (I paid more than the price here, don't recall ever seeing them for "msrp"; only the nomads were above $200 I think). A so-so deal here although plenty of Chifi stuff is comparable with removable cables), but if filters aren't available and warranty issues aren't addressed then hard pass.
My finders are my toss in the bag IEMs. I haven't changed the filters from the original bass-heaviest.
DoctorLHey, not sure which filters you want or need but I have the 2 pairs of spares I'm not using if you'd like them. As for ear tips, you could probably order just about any of the tips on Amazon or similar site. Comply 400 series fit the Finders.
