Was able to solve the software freezing problem a few people seem to have experienced. What worked for me was resetting the keyboard (I believe it's Fn+ESC for 5 seconds) and then waking the keyboard (SPACE x2). Brought me to the proper window to edit keybinds and things. Hope this helps someone.
I am having the same issue as sylvestar92 who posted on July 21st 2021. My board is not being recognized by my computer. I downloaded the software and got to this same image above but I cannot interact with anything. I tried flipping the USB-C cable and that did nothing. What should I do? Anything else to troubleshoot it and get it working? The only thing I have done is what was stated in the most recent google drive link in the details page of this product.
TheGrahamcrackerLate reply to help anyone running into this problem.
I tried to reset to default settings, trying to pair again, trying to pair on BT mode B and C (was on A). Rebooting, etc.
What worked was just removing device under Windows bluetooth devices. Unplugging my bluetooth dongle, reconnecting it and pairing again.
This hasn't happened a bunch but it's super annoying when it does.
Hi,
Just got this keyboard and I am loving it, had a few issues with installing the switches as it was my first time and I probably went too fast. I bent 10 switches in the process but all were okay in the end.
Anyway my issue is that my Win keys don't work at all. I have uninstalled my old Drevo drivers which didn't have a game mode enabled. I have the latest software 3.98 which gave me no issues as far as detecting the keyboard. I know the switches are seated properly as I check them many times and even tried some others to rule that one out.
Any ideas or suggestions would be great
Thanks
RustyKrabsIdk if this'll be of any help but, I had an issue by which windows didn't recognize the keyboard at all. Turns out the USB-C cable goes in one way only, solution was to turn it upside down. After that, the software worked on its own.
Anyone know what to do with me, I want to adjust the auto sleeping time a little bit longer, what should I do, because it is too fast. Thanks very much!
