MyisDoesn't hurt to audition both then keep the one you like more. Not many RE-00 reviews floating around for obvious reasons.

WaahYou mean to say I can send an item back?? Also the he 350 for example? Never knew that. Are you sure? I live in the Netherlands, perhaps that matters?

MyisWell, I kind of meant return it if you can, or sell to recoup a good portion of the cost. Haha.
I've had nothing but smooth customer service with MD so far, but no idea how good their service is for overseas customers. So don't take my word for it. I urge you to contact MD first instead.
If I were you, give the RE-00 a good listen first then consider buying something else if it's not for you. If you can't return it by that point, at least you didn't get nothing out of it (knowledge of what sounds good/bad to you is worth something!). There's no reliable way for you or I (or most people for that matter, unless they happen to have both the RE-00 and this drop on hand) to judge which one is better, especially when it comes down to preference too.

WaahI see, thanks a lot! Perhaps you could help me with one more thing. Since the re00 and he350 have been delayed, I bought mee earphones for 8 dollars(you have a chance to get earphones of higher value and a extremely small chance to win an headphone) since my last earphones broke and I can't wait that long for the re00 to arrive. The thing is, it would be logic for the re00 to be significantly better, and I was planning on using the he350 for home, since they are open back headphones, and the re00 when I go outside. Now I already have ordered the mee headphones so it is not so much necessary and too expensive for me to also have the re00 now. But since the mee probably aren't that good and the he350 can't be used outside, I would like some closed headphones instead of the he350. I was thinking of the Sony mdr xb950bt and mdr 1a. The xb950bt because they are Bluetooth and that may come in very handy, but the 1a have better sound quality, or so I've heard. What do you recommend? Buying the xb950bt/1a/keeping both the hifimans/only keeping the he350/or do you have another suggestion? I hope I explained my troubles well enough.

MyisI haven't listened to any of those so I can't really help you out there. Head-fi has reviews though! http://www.head-fi.org/products/sony-mdr-1a-premium-hi-res-stereo-headphones
It's your money so it's very difficult for me to tell you to buy something when the hifimans that you haven't gotten a chance to try might be good enough for your needs. Hope that makes sense.

WaahMassDrop will not accept returns unless there is an actual problem with the headphones. You can not return them if you decide you don't like them or just changed your mind.
