Received my two gems today. I'm happy with the way they look, although I did crack one's stem when I installed it... It's mostly fine though, luckily I didn't fully break it. :)

BuemsThat is a known issue with the gem key manufacturer. You should request a new one for the broken stem one.

smallbitI doubt they will send me a new one. The keys were fine when they arrived, I sadly broke it myself when I tried installing one of them.

BuemsYeah that shouldnt happen and everyone below, including myself, had the same issue. The manufacturer made some really weak stems for a while and they werent qc'ed. Massdrop had to resend out at least a whole batch if not two. IMO you should contact support for a replacement like everyone else below. The company has since redesigned their stems so they are much more robust hopefully. At least mine hasn't broken yet.
