Backed by Helite’s Turtle airbag technology, it’s certified to inflate in just a tenth of a second. The abrasion-resistant Cordura and thermal polyester liner combine for a rock-solid build without being overly bulky. The interior and exterior of the jacket has large waterproof pockets to hold extra gear. For comfort, there’s a neoprene neck with an adjustable slider, two vents up the sleeves that start at the cuffs, and strap adjustments to tighten the jacket around the waist, biceps, and forearms. For added reinforcements, there’s KNOX CE–approved shoulder and elbow armor and a SAS-TEC back protector, too.
