Awesome thanks bro 👍 So that SS bracelet came on it stock? That's really badass 😎 My next bracelet is either a StrapCode/Miltat Endmill aka President or one of their newest designs I just saw a couple of days ago! I LOVE my StrapCode bracelets. My last one, the PVD Black Engineer II is SOOOOOOOOOOOO awesome and probably my favorite and most comfortable, out of the 30+ watches and 50+ bands I have for all of them! I really like the Spinnaker "Wreck" lineup too, which has a distressed looking patina of a vintage watch. Right now, they even have a few that are marked down REALLY low, for $140, and the others are $250-$280. But the dial is distressed and looks absolutely STUNNING IMO 😎 👍 And some of the others have a distressed case too! https://www.spinnaker-watches.com/collections/wreck-mens-watch And I love the design of the case on the nicest Diver's watch they make! They look AWESOME with the shark mesh SS bracelet! The "Dumas" line! https://www.spinnaker-watches.com/collections/dumas

FOBean Even thanks my friend and yes it is "born" with the titanium bracelet, for good and evil. Lightweight and nice yes... but also because of the shape, the only option. You're right "Spinnaker Wreck lineup" is beautiful with cool "patina" and at fair price (thanks for the link) But at present, the only thing I "hunt" is a mid-sixties Seiko KS 4502 Hi-Beat 36000, for my BPH (beats per hour) compare project. P.'s apropos "good watch for money" with the Seiko TMI NH35A Automatic "engine" comes here a link. I bought one this spring and it is still more accurate than several of my ETA 2824-2. But the nato strap is stiff, so get rid of it. Fortunately, I had several 22mm straps lying around, found a soft brown and recycled the cool buckle from the nato strap...

It looks decent enough but that dial face and hands forbid me to purchase. It's just too much plain and the rubber strap looks horrible, but, it's reasonably priced .

The date on this is massive, is this from magnification or just like that on the dial

If this was about $50 it would be worth modding. All you would have to do is change the dial, hands, strap and perform a cyclopsectimy. Or just buy a Seiko Turtle and try to forgot you ever saw this fugly “homage”.

Like I said, albeit a bit sarcastic, if it was cheaper it would be worth modding. I do like the Seiko style case and it’s size, everything else has to go. Good luck if you buy, and wear it well.

Omegaman68Could be done, but you'd require the proper modding tool for the job:

As a Heritor owner of several different collection. I really am thinking of getting one of these. I understand you can get similar watches for the same price but this one meets the same specs and comes with an additional stainless steel band. What am I missing to jump on the negative band wagon?

I was "lucky" enough to win one of this through watch gang (a terrible watch subscription site, dont try it its terrible its all watches like this) and the watch did just as well as can be expected, the bezel incert fell off in two weeks. They refused to send me a new one and wanted me to pay to ship my watch to them and back in order to repair a glued on part... Chinese garbage. Also, if you dig into Herritor you will find that they sell these watches for around $80 to dealers and allow them to mark the price at where every they like, as long as they post the msrp at $895 or what ever it is. Its such a joke. This is not a deal, you can buy this watch for $150 all day every day. But please dont.

MattyB83I've always wondered about watchgang but my impression of most of these subscription-based "lootboxes" is the idea that someone else's trash MIGHT be (but probably isn't) someone else's treasure. Thank you for sharing your experience on it.

This is without a doubt the most clumsy and unattractive execution of a Willard homage I have seen yet! And I say that as both a Heritor (Edgard) owner, and a Heimdallr Willard homage owner. Anyone interested a Willard should either shell out the four or five grand Seiko's SLA033 reissues are selling for on the secondary market today, or shoot over to Heimdallr's site and grab one of theirs (which they call a Turtle homage, and which are powered by a Seiko NH35 movement) for exactly the same price this abomination is going for: https://www.heimdallr.watch/dive-watches/65-turtle-homage-green-lume.html

A Heritor that's actually smaller than the vintage design it's copying! Really though, a *Cyclops* at 4? 🤣

SomeoneElseIsHereOne assumes you're trying to make a point? Of course, it's also possible you were just practicing your cut and paste skills? In which case you're taking up entirely too much of my screen space.

I hope this watch has some kind of history. Otherwise it appears to just be an eyesore (in my opinion, keep in mind I am just some arsehole).

TwentySixAndNope.. No history WHATSOEVER.. Just a very, very, very, verry, (did I say "very" enough times?) FUGLY abomination of a watch that's supposed to resemble a Seiko 6105.. Whoever came up with the cyclops needs to be executed on sight, or stoned to death....

TwentySixAndI think it's making its own history--so far, everyone who sees it, hates it!
