It was fine for a few weeks until the on/off button fell out (and disappeared), now it's worthless. Other comments have been made about the futility of contacting the company, since it is china. I have bought many china made flash lights in the past with the understanding that the "warranties" are pretty much worthless. I plan on sticking with Surefire (made in U.S.A) from now on.

This will be OK for my intended use, seeing the insides of computers better when adding / removing parts, but I do not recommend it to anybody.

i have been charged $53 when the drop was only supposed to cost $28 they refuse to fix it

Damn. When I joined this drop it was 5 minutes away from ending. I have seen quality items for sale here and took a chance. Bought this with little to no research. These negative reviews are too pervasive and uniform for me to ignore. No way to cancel my order no that the drop has ended is there? Well, damn. If this arrives and it's even approaching the level of crap the majority of you say it will be then I'll have to consider cutting ties with Massdrop. Can't say you are a trusted brand while pitching subpar garbage. Guess time will tell

I've had no issues from this light. Seems well made and produces a great beam. Sorry to those of you that have had issues, if the rubber button is coming out I would think a dab of super glue would fix the problem.

STAY CLEAR!! IT WILL BREAK AND THERE WILL BE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a feeling Massdrop have bought a container of these and every month or so trot out the same dodgy over priced piece of crap.. I have had maglites, cheap direct from china Cree XMl laps and an assortment of brands ive had to pickup on the road -BUT NONE HAVE BEEN AS BAD AS THIS . The On/off switch is not attached so will fall out, they give you a second one as they know this will happen, But surprise! that will fall out and get lost. You wll then try email jet stream and get no reply. This is annoying massdrop keep selling these when the discussions are all filled with reviews like mine . Ive worked on the road touring for 20+ years where a good flashlight is your number one carry item., this wont last a day .

I wish massdrop would stop dealing with jet beam. Their customer support is non-existent.

Received mine today as well.
In package: Flashlight Battery 2 O-rings Lanyard USB Cable Tail Cap replacement button?
Nowhere does this unit say it has a tail cap button, nor was I expecting one.
So far I am completely satisfied.
