I was in on the last drop. It looks nice enough and it feels sturdy but it isn't very tall so if you have large phones with straight plugs like my HD 600s you might have trouble getting them to lay right while on a table. Some have suggested shortening the band but I'm not doing that every time I want to hang my phones! I have the stand on the edge of a table so the cables can safely hang lower but they do still lean up against the base. I just have to be careful. It's fine with my Grados but with longer phones you may have to get creative (or just get a different stand). The Woo Audio adjustable is really nice.
