A slow-growing tropical wood that’s naturally black in color, ebony is sleek and dense enough to sink when dropped in water. It’s on bold display in these chopsticks from Kent Wang Read More
For the material and number of chopsticks received the price was good. They have stayed straight over the years but my only complaint would be that they are a little slick so certain foods are harder to pick up with them.
Loved the look of these when they arrived, but some have warped to the point they can no longer be used and they were always only hand washed and dried.
Heavy Duty, Well-Finished, and Ergonomic for Large Hands!
I was apprehensive about buying another Kent Wang product after my 'premium' folding umbrella completely fell apart after a year of light use...but now that I've had the Fox-branded version (nearly identical to it) for 2 years, perhaps my unit was a one-off.
Nevertheless, these chopsticks are very well finished, having stood up to over a year to eating, travelling, and washing, are *very* heavy duty for being made of wood, oversized for all types of food, and thankfully, even large enough for my meaty claws. Best part? You've got 6 pairs to use as you keep misplacing them!
The dark color of the wood really goes well with my dining room setup.
They are sturdy so using them to grab tricky items is not made more difficult by them flexing.
They may be too thick for some people, but I have large hands so it isn’t a bother.
