I got mine new from Massdrop and when it arrived there were scuffs/scratches on the LCD screen. Massdrop says they cannot replace the item. I cannot submit a reviews as a verified purchaser since I am in Canada and the tracking information with Ascendia terminates and does not show the delivery completed, but here it is in my hand. It works well, but I am disappointed with the quality.
