Lumintop Prince 18650 Copper Flashlight

hello phistagon, remove the light head from the torch, look inside where the battery contacte the head. There are two pinholes in a flat ring, which secures the LED and electronics in place. Using split pin pliers or a pointed probe, turn the ring anti clockwise to unscrew it/ Carefully remove the ring and the other components, noting order and orientation (because you will need to put them back). I ended up being able to purchase the led unit (electronics included) from Lumintop. Found them through their facebook page, they have a store through facebook. Good luck.

can you explain how to take out the LED? i have a prince that is dead on arrival and i cant figure out how to take out the LED to test it

mine did not come with Leather Holster and its the Copper Lumintop and a steel color pocket clip not brass like picture and no 18650 and tried 2 and cant get it too work .any help out there?
