I love the watch, although the lack of hacking bothers me (but it has hand-winding). The bracelet is great. The lume is very weak, though. Overall, good value for money.
I love my Makaras, but be warned: there is no customer service

I have several Makaras; I was an original Sea Serpent backer on Kickstarter and though it arrived 6 mos late, I was more than happy with my purchase (I have 3: the stainless/orange, bronze/navy, and pvd). I also have the Sea Turtle (both Stainless and PVD). They all work flawlessly and they are great statement watches. If you try to get service or communicate with Makara, however, you will be disappointed. Realise when buying this that there is some risk in buying it; if it breaks, you may not be able to get it fixed by Makara. However, at these prices (-$200 from their web site), I'd think it's a risk worth taking. These, Glycines, and Spinnakers make up the majority of my collection.
Its a unique designed watch with an attractive styling case and beautiful looking Navy Blue dial and hour marker. Looks cool when wearing it. I was pleasantly surprised that the Lug 2Lug measurement of 48.9mm and Springbar 2Springbar of about 46.5mm, as opposed to the reported dimensions of between 50mm to 52mm which is a no go area for my wrist size of 6.6 inches especially on straight lugs. The movement accuracy for the past 3 days gained +6 secs/per24Hour. What I dislike is, it is not hackable but I guess I can live with it since it is the best value on Drop for a handsome Bronze watch! Thanks Drop for giving me the opportunity to own my first bronze.
