Can someone compare this to the CEntrance DACport Slim for HiVi M10s? I'm new to the audiophile world. Both drops end around the same time. I don't mind paying double if its going to save me down the road for upgrades anyway.

ShadycheeseAll I can say is that the goal of the Odac and O2 is minimal interference with the sound. The dac and amp were built specifically to provide an "objective" sound, i.e as close to the source file as possible. Most dacs are made to not interfere with the sound at all; however, many amps have different sounds unique to that particular amp itself. When you get the O2, your main concern is having the least distortion, purposeful or not, until it gets to the headphones.

SadCackIt was the objective engineering approach/use of objective measurements that gave it its name. http://nwavguy.blogspot.com/2011/07/o2-headphone-amp.html
