Hey Everyone,
It has been amazing to see such a strong community response for the Massdrop x Noble Kaiser 10 IEMs. This custom product collaboration with Noble has exceeded our predicted demand!
We are currently in talks with Noble about expanding the production run so that we can include more members in the drop. We expect to hear back from them on Monday, and will let you know what we can accommodate at that time.
I'm at the airport now, sorry to be leaving the show a little early. Didn't get to hear everything. Hope to see more of you in Denver next year for the Rocky Mountain Audio Festival!

CEE_TEEHi CEE_TEE, would that mean that I would have the opportunity to edit my order? I had picked the 2.5mm TRRS cable instead of the lightning cable. 😞
U0900147Just another Massdrop member but I recommend you immediately go to your transactions, open this up and use the tab to contact support and request a change to the order regarding the cable.
Best
SunsetShoresI’m in the same boat (I wanted both cables but it was either/or at the time when I ordered). I contacted Massdrop support and they told me the orders were placed and they could do nothing about it.
CEE_TEEThis is awesome. Thank you for taking the time to react to the quick purchase of the K10sU and trying to get a few more of us included in the drop. These went by even faster than I expected.
CEE_TEEHey @CEE_TEEOn head-fi, The Wizard said to have another batch or not is up to Massdrop, can you confirm that? This got sold out way too fast and a lot of people still want in, please please extend...
How about 1k units?
U0900147Hi U0900147,
I'm checking with internal teams today about how we can do this, apologies that I didn't set up the drop correctly until late morning...
CEE_TEEI thought I had saved my wallet from this drop but you! You had to strike this extra 140 units for what? So I can keep asking the eternal question "Yes or No" in agony??? How can you be so cruel???
Jokes aside, great effort by you and Noble to make it happen again, much appreciated! Though the struggle of join vs. not join is real man ==
U0900147Hey Cable Requesters,
There was no easy way to handle cables after the drop except for a very manual process that I can perform because of the low number of people impacted. I pulled everyone from the discussion and looked at each situation.
I will contact the following people:
1. @U0900147 - wants Lightning too
2. @kgaydon1973 – wants Balanced too
3. @Nigz – wants Balanced too
(The other people that I looked at either did not purchase any cable or were able to add both cables.)
CEE_TEEHey,
I had requested a balanced cable and was told that the order could not be altered and that the only thing that could be done was for it to it be cancelled. When I was told this I had tried to cancel my order and order a new pair with the balanced cable but the drop ended before i was able to do so. Now I have no noble k-10's or a balanced cable. I was part of the first drop of 350. Is there anything that can be done?
Let me know.
Thanks.
CEE_TEEIs the lightning cable for K10 compatible with Nobel x? If so, I would like to get one if possible. I contacted the customer support but the reply was just like you said, no easy way at all. Anyhow, hope you can do some arrangement, Thank you!
CEE_TEEHey CEE TEE,
Appreciate all of your efforts on what is presumably a huge project.
I wanted to add a lightning cable to my order and support told me impossible.
I only had the choice of either or.
If it's not too late to add a lightning cable, I'd love to.
Many thanks.
