We've continued to coordinate with our warehouse team about the group's order and they've informed us that many individual packages have already shipped with the final handful scheduled to depart by the end of the week. We will continue to check in and update the group as soon as we've confirmed complete shipment.

So it has been at least a week since "individual shipments" started going out and many of us appear not to have any shipment notifications yet. Where's the 8/10 update?

Individual packages are being sent out now. Our warehouse team received the group's bulk order earlier and have already broken everything down into the individual shipments. As soon as your package is scanned into the courier's system an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and tracking info.

The shipment has arrived. After a minor UPS delay, the group's bulk order landed at our warehouse in New Jersey and our team has been hard at work breaking down the shipment into the individual packages. As soon as everything is prepared for shipment and packages are picked up by the courier we will be sure to let the group know right away!

The vendor informed us that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Based on the tracking provided, the order is scheduled to arrive on 7/28.

We've continued to coordinate with the vendor about the group's order and they've let us know that it's taken them slightly longer than expected to gather and prepare everything for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. Rest assured, we will remain in close contact with them and update the group as soon as everything is on its way.

I'm going on a trip this coming Monday 7/25 and ordered a pair specifically for it, and now it seems like I wont be getting mine in time. I cant stress enough how frustrating this is. you would think the logistic of something like this would be sorted out ahead of time...
