I would stay away from this company they have no customer service. There website as far as contacting them and registering your stuff does not work. Go to their website and see if you can get any reviews to come up. I have one of their batteries works great so far but just got one of their Xtra Dives Mini from MassDrop and it does not work and I can’t return it stay away.
It's nice that Joseph had his shipping covered. My power bank is still sitting with Naztech after sending it in for repairs. They refuse to cover shipping back to me supposedly because it was purchased off Massdrop, a third party vendor. I spent $17 shipping it Naztech, and out of principle I'd like to get my shipping covered coming back. This is considering the repair was necessary because the USB-C PD port malfunctioned, as well as chewed up my USB-C cord when it misaligned against the metal body and compressed it after only three uses. I had no similar issues using the USB-A ports a dozen or so times. I was not rough with it at all, and I never dropped or yanked at it. It just seemed as if the port just wasn't soldered onto the board well. Paying a third of the cost of the product in just shipping to repair what seems like a manufacturing defect is frustrating.
the 26800mAh is a really nice unit, i would have definitely purchased it right away, if it wasn't for the excessive capacity of 26,800mAh. there is a strict policy on airline security for carrying batteries in either carry-on, hold luggage or as personal item. 100Wh is the maximum rated capacity allowed for any standalone battery or powered device.
For a lithium-ion, it's probably 3.7V so ~99.16Wh, just shy of the 100Wh limit.
BUT the unit itself has no clear indication of the nominal lithium-ion voltage.. so I'm not going to risk it being confiscated at the airport and me getting stuck with no backup power.
and then there's the crippled 13400 which is a no-go for me.. 18W output is no good for a laptop. just a heads up.
the newly released Xiaomi Power Bank 3C (20000mAh) costs half the price, almost twice the capacity, and supports 45W.

I don’t know where you’re getting the 18w in your earlier post, but this 26800 is 60wPD and blows my other PD powerbanks out of the water for charging my MacBook Pro. In fact, my Mac’s internal has often been nearly depleted but the Naztech will power the Mac and fully recharged the internal battery simultaneously.
I’m sure the 20000 Xiaomi is a fine piece of kit. But I’ll stick with this powerhouse for my needs. And it didn’t need to go through Customs for a week like most items I order from China.
And comparing prices with something you happen to have a coupon for that may not be available to all buyers isn’t a fair comparison. 🤔
glennac18w is the 13400mAh model which i was referring to, in comparison to the 26800mAh.
both units are featured on this drop.
Sadly, mobile phones have yet to adopt the USB-PD standard and most of them only support 15W (5V/3A) on paper , which is effectively ~10W due to thermal throttling, even half of that after battery is charged to more than 50% capacity.
in comparison, QC4+ is 27W , charges super fast up to 85% and most importantly, generates far less heat which means better battery health in the long run.
only the 13400mAh model supports QC 3.0 .
other than that, i totally agree about the 60W PD. i am still on the fence, might buy this too. specs are too good to pass on :)
btw - the aliexpress coupon is not exclusive, it is available to every customer under 'my account' (new customers and existing customers alike).
"Note: At checkout, choose the 26,800mAh 18 W power bank (base price), the 13,400mAh 18 W power bank (+ $10), or the 26,800mAh 60 W power bank (+ $20)."
Am I reading this right? The lower capacity one is $10 more?
Sorry but this battery pack is WAY OVER PRICED!!! I can find much higher capacity with lcd display and QC3.0 on Amazon for HALF the price you people are asking for this one! WTF?!?!
BuddySteveDont believe Amazon. They advertise power capacity which is untrue. 27000 mah only to find out the PB was 18000 mah. Consumers would know the difference without tester. I just got my Naztech and it is true to descriptioN. The old saying you get what you pay for. Would you believe $10000.00 for a new S class MBZ .....of course not. Just saying lol
BuddyStevelol that's what I said awhile back and but a PB from amazon advertising at 30k mAh PD / 60W. I try charging my mac but it would not increase the power percent and after a few hours it went up 10% 43% to 53%. A friend of mine has a tester to capacity of the PB...well the actual the PB was a 22k mAh PD/ 30W. Don't believe everything you read on Amazon they don't regulate specs. You do get what you pay for still hold true...
I think they need to state clearly in the main text that the true PD battery bank is only with the larger bank size. I get it's a bulk order, but the smaller one only comes with a 30W wall charger and maxes out at 18W from the battery pack.
If anyone has 26800 unit already - is the spec statement of recharging time to be 4-5 hour close to reality?
Comparable Anker unit's recharge time is close to 7 hours (using the 20W charger and two inputs).
How is the supplied charger - can it be used to recharge the unit in less than 5 hours or that requires a separate charger ?
This has my attention, but does this brand have a goood reputation? Compared to let's say, Anker? Their battery has max of 30W, so this one's 60W is intriguing
TimTamaleNope, nothing like it. This has Power Delivery for recharging laptops and gaming devices. The other doesn’t.
If you simply want to recharge a cell phone or two, you don’t need this power bank.
glennacIt keeps my X1 Carbon from losing battery while I'm using it, not sure if that's the same thing but it's more than good enough for me for a couple of hours
This is mostly for people using laptops and maybe tablets heavily, this is extremely overkill for a phone user. If you want a good powerbank for a phone user, I advise this to friends frequently.
