BardolphWow, see i dont like MX clears though and i heard those are the closests to 78g. I read 62g are similiar to mx browns. How much of a differnce between 62g and 65g is the real question i guess.
GateronWould rather save on shipping and get it on this drop. The question is i guess is how big of a differnce between 62g and 65g and would i notice the differnce comparing to mx browns?
BardolphI have ordered the 78g Zealios. I am completely new to mech keys, so this is a best guess at what I am wanting. Could you please elaborate on why 78g are so good? What is it you like about them over the MX Browns. I was also considering the 65g Zealios. Do you have any experience with those?
GonadiumCherry Browns dont make alot of noise when typing. They are perfect for office environments as well as many other switches out there. They have no bump to them and they are easy to type on. Some people dont like them because they feel a little loose and dont take much to press on when typing. And some people like the noise and feel of the other switches. I would suggest getting a switch tester and seeing what you like. There are sooo many to choose from.
tahoeriderI agree. In any other situation I would get a tester but time is running out on this drop. So I have to make the best choice I can with no tacit knowledge.
Thanks for the run down on Browns. I think that I want to have a firm typing feeling. I have heard that clears are a bit too tiring, whereas 78g zealios take a bit of that stiffness away and are more smooth.
