god2Cables absolutely change the sound, for better or worse, completely true for analogue audio. To call it a scam, is ignorant.

EthanNixonsure, change. Not improve as they claim. Sure, it can change the sound a bit, but when the description clearly states:
" with significant improvements to ... overall performance"
i have a right to call bullshit

god2Audio is the most subjective "art" that I have ever come across. One person's opinion is completely different than another. One person's "significant improvement" could be someone else's "significant drop" in performance. Just because you think it won't change the audio significantly, doesn't mean someone else won't be able to hear a significant improvement or change. Audio is subjective, and so are the gains and losses. When I changed my audio cables on my HD650, I no longer had a small amount of distortion at louder volumes. That may have changed a quantitative 1% of the overall sound, but that was a significant change for me. The cables that come with products are there for convenience, and if they are interchangeable, the should be replaced with something better. How much you spend is up to you.

EthanNixonI can't agree more with @EthanNixon . Audio is purely subjective. However, there is physics behind using cables with increasingly pure, exotic metals. You cannot deny that better conduction due to less resistance along the surface of the wires (not to mention more surface area for the electrons to flow with higher wire counts) leads to reduced noise, reflected waves, etc. and other electromagnetic jargon. All this science has been proven for centuries.
Ultimately, at the end user's ear, it may only amount to the smallest "increase" in audio performance. To some, this minutia is worth the cost of the cables. To others, it's unjustified. To each their own.
However, when I see curse laden and horrendous grammatical comments from the likes of @god2 , I have to giggle. Instead of getting any point across, they succeed in revealing to the community that they froth at the mouth with undue anger directed at nothing they even purchased while attempting to poison the well with their ignorant blather.

amdee1979actually its also been proven that the human ear can not hear the difference that cables make. I have yet to see someone claiming to hear better sound out of better cables being able to pick out the better cable in a double blind test

JamorrozActually, it's also been proven that not every human ear is the same. People hear things differently. I can absolutely hear the difference between basic "installer-grade" cable, and a pure single stranded speaker wire. It's also been "proven" the human eye can't see more than 60FPS, but I sure as heck can see the difference in my 144hz monitor... Let people believe what they want to believe. Last I checked, if someone believes they can hear something between two cables, it doesn't directly impact your life at all.
