I had the original version of this (two of them, one 2-pin, and another for Mr.Speakers). I was very disappointed with the noise floor when using it with sensitive multi-BA IEMs, opting to use the ES100 with a short balanced cable instead. I really would love for the quality of a unit like the ES100 and this form factor shown here to be present in a single product.

manezinhoI've just picked up the ES100 for this purpose and still need to grab a pair of shorter cables. Any recommendations?

TumbleSteakI had someone make a custom, short, 2-pin -> balanced cable... given the weird set of requirements custom was my only option. Edit: This dude on headfi made mine, good prices and I really liked the product. tedallen0220@gmail.com

manezinhoHow did they work out for the MrSpeakers? They seem to have some very nice features for this thing but I'm more concerned about what they don't say. Power output? Battery life? I'm suspect...…... Also, if you're like me & have multiple sets of headphones with multiple types of connectors, it just doesn't make a lot of sense to have a set of BT cables that lock into just one headphone. Makes more sense to get something like a Fiio Q5s & only have to worry about multiple cables.
