Is there an easy way to change the "ship to" address? Or is it necessary to contact customer service?

gamma0577If you go to transactions and the to customer support, you can request an adress change using the form (you will find the option there).
I did it for my preonic order, i think it took them like 2 days to change it.
So its fairly fast.

gamma0577Same as @massiker, he's correct.
I'm currently moving so I needed my address changed. Submit a ticket and in one or two days they'll change it.
