Our vendor has informed us that they have all of the necessary inventory in place. They are in the process of preparing your individual orders for shipment and are on track to have this drop fulfilled a couple days ahead of the estimated ship date, 3/11!
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 3/9 or sooner if something comes up.

I have an AKG Perception 220 right now that has always been decent for me, nothing special but always been fairly happy with the sound for what I paid for it (which was somewhere around $150-$200 about 5-6 years ago.)
Can anyone vouch for me dropping money on the NT-1A? Big sound quality difference?

what's with the shipping restriction to the US only? - I live were these are designed and manufactured (Australia). I could get a RØDE NT1‑A off ebay Australia for the same price, get free shipping and qualify for the 10 year warranty from a registered reseller.

I hope the vendor is an authorized seller otherwise the 10-year warranty can not be registered.
