Sage’s much-talked-about Wolfberg 21-ounce denim is back—and it’s making its exclusive debut here, in extended sizes and two different fits. Made on a shuttle loom, these jeans are sanforized, which means they’re straightforward to size, ready to wear, and will incur minimal shrinkage when washed Read More
I have a new pair of 36 of these (tagged size) if anyone wants at cost, plus shipping. PM me here. Otherwise off to the 'bay. Pls. read comments on sizing.
KahooliSo I really liked the fabric and overall look and feel so I ordered a size up (from 32 slim to 34 slim straight, so a huge step) from the warehouse sale and I just got them. Am wearing them now. Pretty much a perfect fit. If they can get the sizing consistent to themselves and others then these are a good value. Super heavy fabric like this is so uncommon in my area, I don't see anything over 12oz anywhere. indigo is deep and coming off in my hands when trying to get the fly buttons through (super stiff the first time. I still cant get the lowest button in. I wish I could have got a 34 in the slim, I would have preferred the smaller leg opening. I'm 6'3 200lbs with lifter's thighs. These are currently very tight and flat in the butt and thighs, and just a bit large through the lower leg. Hope my comments help any in the future!
Are they all Sanforized? It's not an option at checkout. Some of the pics like raw, very dark, then some of the pics are what I'd call distressed. I'm guessing those pics are the Sanforized?
Uncertainty08All are sanforized. All are raw. All will look like the darker color u see in the pics. The faded pics are ones after long periods of wear.
I’m really disappointed by the recent cancelation of this drop. I’ve been holding off on getting another pair of jeans knowing that these were coming and then...3 months later?...4 months? I don’t even remember...they’re suddenly having shipping issues.
If Massdrop is essentially a different version of Kickstarter now, I’ll look elsewhere. I’m here to buy, not wait forever and then get canceled.
bccdI ordered 10 pairs and they emailed me once about it but then they stopped responding to my emails. Now The wolfberg is repriced to $115. So $75 discounted price was just a marketing technique. Such a shady business model. I would rather buy Brave star selvedge for $118. At least I would be supporting people making jeans in USA
