The bolt pattern adjacent to the face seems to hearken to the Bulova Precsionist line. Unfortunately the comparison also ends there. This is a curious offering. It is shown right next the Seiko family. My first thought in seeing the two side-by-side is that for an additional $20 I could have a watch that I recognize.
