Since 1990, the Endura has been an EDC staple—and for good reason. For one, it was among the first affordable pocket knives that could be opened with one hand, even with gloves Read More
why cant I add a photo of this product?? I flamed the handle on mine and want to share a photo but when I post it - it looks like it posted fine but doesn't show - has happened on a few other products also!
I don't understand the benefit of getting this knife from this site. The price is no better than the everyday price from several websites all of which have it in stock now, and will ship it much faster than Drop. There used to be a benefit from getting it from this site (better price, special edition, etc.). I'm just not seeing that lately. Am I missing something?
BoringEsq"Am I missing something?"
Yes, you and I and the rest are missing deals... good deals that once were found on a website called "Massdrop." That site no longer exists.
I bought the Delica version of this knife a few years ago and was sorely disappointed. Opening it was extremely gritty and oil didn't help. Finally I took it apart and found the problem. When they etched the damascus blade they didn't cover the area for the bushings, resulting in the area around the pivot, which should've been smooth to rub on the bronze bushings, being as rough as a file. The etching was far too deep to smooth out. Very shoddy! Since I took it apart the warranty was null so it's lived in a drawer ever since.
wonbulThis is a different knife than the delica. If you’re going to review a knife, don’t review it because “you had a knife technically the same” as it. That’s like buying a cheap pair of adidas that fall apart after a month, then review a much more premium quality and more expensive pair of adidas because “it’s technically the same thing”. I haven’t actually bought the knife myself, but you should buy it before you say if it’s bad or good.
