Deception!!!!
What was advertised the "Secret Garden III" is not what I received this vendor sent me the "Secret Garden I" this product[Secret Garden I] is 4 star. Buyer beware of this vendor !!!! I will bring this to the attention via email to "Drop" Do not buy from this vendor and expect what you pay for!!!

AshanttiI highly doubt it. Have purchased many a product from them before, and though there were instances of the wrong product being advertised, they did clarify it before shipping them out and give the option of a full refund, partial refund or extra monetary voucher for future use. I am aware that service quality might have deteriorated over the past few years, but still... It is highly unlikely that they'll suddenly decide to be a swindling company with the change in their name. I have nothing against you, but there is a possibility you accidentally selected the wrong option upon ordering (or they might have shipped the wrong product, by accident). Let's wait for the Massdrop/Drop staff to get back, and in the meantime maybe post a screenshot of your order history here so we can go through it together?

phoenixsongI know the difference between the number 1 and the number 3, when the unit that arrived had the number 1 on the box and inside the unit did not have the [3]three adjustable slyers on the housing. Do not tell me what I expected and what I am holding in my hand!
