@thinksound i bought the headphones in the last drop just received them in Australia, but there is a major channel imbalance .... left side has no low end and low sound .... right side has much more volume... have emailed massdrop but no reply ... can you help me

thinksound@thinksound thanks for your reply.... i tried another cable and still same issue. I got a reply from Massdrop stating that for thinksound, they (Massdrop) don't handle warranty issues and asked me to contact Thinksound directly. Hence will be sending through an email to you guys today.
