Maybe you don’t need a full macro pad, or maybe the appeal of a tiny one is just too much to pass up. This mini two-key macro pad won’t make a big footprint on your desktop, but it can have a huge impact Read More
This thing is a fucking piece of crap. Don’t buy it. Seriously. You can program only certain functionality into it, the GUI software for creating maps and flashing the device is outdated and poorly translated, you have to go digging deep in comments on past threads and drops just to figure out where to get it, and at the end of the day after all of that struggle, might not work at all if plugged into the wrong USB port type. Just save your money and get yourself a much, much more reliable kit directly from Adafruit rather than this gimmicky POS.
NateSealStreamers make heavy use of them for event-based overlays for their streams, kinda like in-video popup graphics and stuff. Tons of people like myself use them to create orchestrated macros for automating work that they would normally repeat on a frequent daily basis as part of their jobs. For the automation part alone, $70 is a steal tbh.

Your board causes QMK toolbox to crash at launch, details: https://github.com/qmk/qmk_toolbox/issues/65 apparently i broken descriptors are the main culprit.. does a way to update the firmware exist?
Ya I received it and its just the case. I'm going to bitch because the description talks about back lighting and everything. A very bait and switch / poor product description if you ask me. This is the dam description.

VistigilSure! So first of all it's not QMK compatible. And there is this "program" for this macro pad that you can assign keys and rgb led colors to them. These keys are all predefined such as all individual keys and common "CTRL + C", "CTRL + V", etc... However, you can not assign any special combinations such as SHIFT WIN S to a button. The program did not allow functions for that. I tried to get a refund from Massdrop because it does not say anything about the predefined combinations on the drop page but they refused, saying the page also did not specify that it can be fully programmed.
Got mine today as well. That little standoff screw is a bitch to get on, and it's too shallow for the screw, which makes the base loose and wobbly.
Also confirming that it does come with a pair of white box switches (dont know what they are, tho) and two blank white DSA caps. Oh and 1 standoff screw and 1 philips screw. Dont lose them!
Never hurts to check (with someone who actually knows) when the photos differ from the description.
MD descriptions don't have a good track record for accuracy.
