A sequel to XDuoo’s popular X3, the X10 features the impressive storage capacity of its predecessor, takes the sound quality up a notch, and adds a functional scrolling wheel for easy navigation on the 2-inch screen. The two microSD slots support up to 128 gigs apiece—that’s enough space for more than 5,000 lossless files.. Read More
So I did the update to my X10. I wish the buttons lit up. BTW, if you are using your X10 plugged in to your car headunit, make sure to use the phones hole to use all features such as volume adjustment from the unit.
After I updated mine the other day, the volume is stuck at 100 and I switched the songs to random play and mine froze up and wouldn't even power off . Reset wouldn't even shut it off. Lil' Wayne just kept going .
Southcarolina803How's it going, I recently got an X10 as well and I'm running into the same issue with my volume being stuck at 100. I've fac reset and updated and the volume controls just don't seem to work. Can you elaborate on what you did to fix the problem because you're post is the only one I've found that seems to also have the problem.
Practically a player with SQ that can't be beat for the price. Only issue would be the gapless playback that is already resolved with the recent firmware updates.
Some reviewer on headfi compared it to his fiio x7 and claims the xduoo offers what the fiio x7 does.
This player really gives fiio a run for their money.
I bought an XDuoo and it crashed and proceeded to boot loop within 3 months of purchasing. I would be cautious ordering from them as they have an inferior manufacturing process and do not stand behind their products.
Since I got my xduo x10 I have not stop using it. I put in audio books and music. It really has great sound and I am pleased. I am getting another one for my mother she will enjoy it too. She likes to listen to audiobooks.
RubenstainYes like I said it is a great buy. You can have several flash memory cards with different audio files. It is easy just plug and play. My xduo x10 keeps on going. My mother is very please with the second one I got. She enjoys audio books. Thanks for considering for the endorsement.
I've had my x10 for a month now. I am really enjoying it except for a few little things. I think it sounds great, for the money.
One problem is no gapless playback. Very annoying at times. And especially on an album that should be gapless, it seems to skip the first second or two of the beginning of the next track. I really hope that they fix this.
And when looking for music, it gives you very little time between button pushing, to search or it goes back to what's playing.
But it does sound great.
Purchased one of these on the last drop and have a couple of issues that I have emailed XDuoo support. Other than telling me to update to firmware 1.1, which I told them it came with, they have never replied back. Very poor support and I have heard this from others as well.
Problem 1:
When playing "All songs" from one SD card, in shuffle mode, right before it switches to the next track the X10 makes a clicking sound. Does not happen when playing albums.
Problem 2:
The X10 will not randomly play songs from both SD cards like the X3. It will only randomly play songs from the SD that is selected. I have the folder jump setting set to on.
I also have been experiencing the hang issue mentioned by ridhuankim mentioned in this tread. I am now looking at the Fiio X5 3rd generation model. Maybe Massdrop will drop this one soon.
Same here on the X3. No customer service at all. It is not worth it at any price if they don't stand behind there products. They need to close their doors and save customers a lot of grief.....
