Op Amps?
Yeah, I guess it was listed they would be there... What are they? I swapped before even firing it up 1st time, just wondering and didn't see documentation other than how to.
Oh... What I did see on the list but didn't find in the packaging: the micro-USB to USB-C short [OTG] cable. Found both the other OTGs: USB-C to USB-C short cable; and the USB-C to Lightning short cable.
It's not that I need one - just wondering if I or 'they' overlooked it...
Sill mostly wondering about the op amps though.
Pretty good portable, btw. Nice having LDAC BT when I don't feel like going OTG (the old XD05 Plus doesn't), and a balanced out - even though it has same power as the SE. BAL2 isn't really all that much more power; not going to drive super low sensitivity very loud either way. Good enough for the HD 800 S, though. Poweramp has EQ for a while now, so even Chris Squire on the bass sounds pretty damn good now...
Now just gotta find where I stuck the half-inch velcro; where DID I leave it???

pixelpeerGreat unit. Had mine over a year and still love it. Swappable opamps let me tailor the sound a bit more than fixed circuitry.
Price is good compared to their typical and historic price, but the BAL2 is now available to order from XDuoo at the same basic price. I haven’t dug into the specs or circuits of the 2 yet, so I will not offer a guess about what’s better or worse with the revised product. Just sayin’.

caltainCertainly not at this price. The BAL2 is almost $350 from Aliexpress with all their BF/CM discounts. I definitely want the BAL2 but this is just too good to pass up - IF it can be bought, which is sort of the worry for me. This doesn't look like it's going to get enough orders.
