Has anyone received a defective unit. Mine has a feedback loop in the left side. It amplifies all noise except cancel it. I updated the firmware with the app. My other Beoplay Portals do not have this issue and they were not a refurb.

Has the clipping issue been resolved? Does eq help with this? $700 is a lot to spend with so many people complaining about clipping. Some say they are driven too loud. Again, that’s a lot to spend when other options don’t have this issue.

Has the glue been improved on these? I'm hesitant to buy another pair because they're a bit expensive. The padding on mine are still great but the covers have come off around the edges where they glue to the plastic rim.
