Is it possible to add brass weights to this listing? Or maybe point us in the direction to purchasing some that will be compatible. I really like the case but I don't want to purchase it if i can't find some weights that will work.

The listing also has the dimensions of the brass insert so theoretically you could just take that to your local machine shop and have them cut or CNC something out for you in whatever material you want.

SygaldryYeah, my initial impression based on the pictures alone was that it was cast and not CNC forged aluminum. However, even if I had it in my hands, my visual impressions mean nothing if I didn't perform a proper metallurgical analysis through a proper metal shop to validate the claim. Therefore, I would personally take any claims read anywhere with a grain of salt if they didn't list anything like this... Nonetheless, if the case is cast and not CNC this is fine by me. I'd be more concerned if whether they achieved a nice level of anodizing as it is possible with cast aluminum as I'd like to avoid an electrically conductive case.
