I believe this IEM is vented for the dynamic driver, yes? Does this result in leakage? If I have these on in bed will my partner be able to hear them in a quiet room? Thanks

BananafischeHi Bananafische, yes there will be a vent, but won't affect the isolation as there are other filters inside the earphone. On your second question, it depends on how large the volume you play.

Kiefer404Hi Kiefer404, it depends on when did you order with us. We keep all the impressions, but the material will start to degrade and become probably inaccurate after months or a year depending on the material used. You can write email to us and we can check the impression condition first.

UzuzuHi Uzuzu, I think you probably misunderstand the sentence: the customized version has refits: actually you are entitled with two refits: first within 60 days and second within 15 days from the date you receive your first refit. The "no refit guarantee" means for those who select universal shape, its size and shape will be fixed. Sorry for the confusion caused.

ZhiyaoYoungHi ZhiyaoYoung, it is a bit hard to compare. Different people have different ear shapes so it is quite subjective. Our universal fit is quite compact and with the tips provides, it should be quite comfortable to wear. We have sold many universal shapes to customers, and so far all feedbacks are positive :).
