The IEMs arrived DOA. They could not be powered up. The charge indicator LED remained RED(charging) until I gave up after 36 hours. I also tried several different USB chargers without success. Looks like a total bust. 1/8/19 update: After contacting Massdrop and Advanced regarding the issue, I was offered by Massdrop to return the product for a full refund, or keep the product and receive a 25% refund. Advanced offered to replace the product. I chose to have the product replaced by Advanced. I have received the replacement product and it is working well.

These are pretty good bang-for the-buck type wireless IEMs. Decent to good bass without being overpowering. Overall sound quality and battery life are good (I average about 5 hours use between charges). I'm not a big fan of the ear loops, but they've been comfortable enough for the gym. Two annoyances: (1) The sound in the right channel on my set seems to drop out whenever I bend forward at the waist; and (2) the flap for the mini-usb port is coming apart due to constantly prying it open to recharge during several months of use.

Headphones have good quality. I use them to jog and they had no problems until now. Bluetooth connction is stable as long as the phone is not in my backpocket. Unfortunately to get the right sound I need to turn on the equalizer and teak a little.

uber84Ah I understood now. The sound signature isn't for your liking. Unfortunately only equalizer will be able to do that.

I just wanted you to know that after the fix to the headphones they are still going strong. I am more than happy. I recently tried to “upgrade”to hifiman tws600’s and quickly realized my error with the upgrade bug. They are not as good so I returned them and still rocking the EVO’s. An overall thanks for your customer service and for an outstanding product
