I got one of these but I am a bit disappointed as the USB part does not seem to work on Ubuntu 16.04. The device is recognized and I can manipulate some of the controls but actual playback does not work.
UPDATE: the problem still exists on my Ubuntu 16.04 system but by ChromeOS laptop works fine with it. So the problem does not seem to be Linux per se but either Ubuntu or the kernel version.
FAVOR: If you are using a Linux/Android/ChromeOS system could you please reply to this post indicating what system you are using and whether the amp works with it or not.

muth02446Very late reply but it is for people wondering if they are alone: One way I can make this device under Linux Arch is to start it *before* booting. After booting, sometimes, unplugging replugging the device repeatedly recover the situation but only on an USB-2 port. It is a huge PITA. There is something in the USB init sequence this device doesn't like, I am still trying to figure out what.
