TylerI contacted DHL via email and they told me the tracking number was wrong, and that I should ask the sender to give me the good one. The destination is France.
TylerHi Tyler - it's been over 6 weeks since my order 'shipped' and attempts to track it have not been successful. I'm really quite disappointed in how long this has dragged on, especially since I've been recommending this to a whole bunch of people on various forums and on social media.
nelsonHi Nelson - mine 'shipped' on 1 July (international) and has pretty much gone into a black hole. DHL has no idea where it is. It's getting ridiculous for this to have taken this long and still not have any person/system know where my headphones are, and more importantly, when they will be delivered! Could you please help - my patience has worn rather thin so far - had I known that it would take this long, I would have purchased something else instead.
