I absolutely love my chair. Just had to make a few personal tweaks to it like if I wanted the arms closer to my body or away from my body. I also unscrewed the actual arm wrests and turned them around so they are further back. The chair is very comfortable.

Easy to put together & comfortable. Only real issue I have is that the bottom (back) cushion makes me feel like I'm falling off the chair (6' man). When you remove the bottom cushion the top cushion subsequently seems to become difficult to pull down as far as I'd like. I love the adjustable armrests more than anything, especially since I am weird and keep my keyboard in my lap (due to a shoulder injury). If the design ever changes in the future, it'd be great to have some kind of built in area for the cushions.

It’s a really sturdy chair, and very comfortable. About the only thing I’d want to change is the seat cushion. A touch more foam, or maybe even memory foam, would make it perfect.

I agree with Zen. Great quality, unbelievable recline range, but the rocking is a tad stiff. Didn’t use the lumbar cushion because it puts my back in a weird shape.

Ebrainer1You should be able to adjust the rocking tension with the large nob under the seat. They rock pretty freely when the tension is loosened.
