why does this chair have a 2 year warranty when other AKracing chairs have 5 on the chair and 10 on the frame?

Different options for different scenarios. Always most important is to take care of the customer first. Ge get them replacement parts or a new chair if needed. For defective chairs that we get back we will salvage the like new components from this chair to be used in future service needs. We do not refurbish our chairs and resell them.

@B.Hutch@AKRacing when I try to rock the chair feels like it is resisting and makes it harder. Is there a way to make that easier?

Just placed an order for the Nitro (12/6/2018). After completing the sale I learned the "estimated" ship date is early Jan. 2019. Is that accurate? It's a Christmas present. Help!

DRaGZThis chair would fit you well. However it is a mid/large size gaming chair. If you want something big with a deap seat the AKRacing PRO series chair is about the largest gaming chair you will find. It usually sells here on Massdrop for $329.99.

What if the product is defective on arrival. Massdrop doesnt have a warranty. So how would I get a refund or the same product again. Would i need to pay for shipping to send it back?

GalaxyOWNothing to worry about. As listed on the drop page you will have full warranty for 2 years with AKRacing. We will take care of you, and no you would not have to pay shipping for replacement parts, ect.
