To guess where the Osprey from Artisan Cutlery gets its name, you only need to look to its large modified-sheepsfoot blade. Shaped like a huge claw (which the fish-eating bird uses to devour its not-so-lucky prey), the blade makes quick work of slicing tasks with little effort. It also comes in your choice of either S35VN or M390 steel, both of which are well respected in the EDC community. Moving on, the Osprey’s handle is composed of TC4 titanium with a strong frame lock to prevent accidental closure. The ceramic ball bearings, in combination with the flipper tab, make the knife super easy to open—not to mention the heft of the blade helps it spring open as soon as you overcome the detent. Available in three colors, the Osprey is a standout in any collection.
