Sound and Build
The open over-ear design offers the expansive soundstage you'd expect from a top of the line headphone. Deep, extended bass, a smooth midrange, and warm highs pair together seamlessly to offer a musical and engaging experience for the listener. With an impedance level of 70 ohms at 1 khZ and a sensitivity rating of 101 dB SPL/V, you're going to need an amplifier to hear these headphones at their best.
Comfort and Materials
Audeze spared no expense in using the best materials, as the LCD-2 comes equipped with Bamboo earcups and leather lamb skin earpads. Inside the case, you'll find a mini-XLR to 1/4" cable as well as a 1/8" adapter, ensuring your current existing gear works without a hitch. With the professional travel case, your LCD-2 is ready to hit the road wherever you are.
