I wear 28 typically. Those pants I got have 28" waists. But sometimes I see size 28s with 30" waists so, I'm not sure if I should size down. I am pretty skinny.
kazyfakeIf you bounce between a 28 and a 30 I would go with the 30, as they feel like they run small. I'm wearing a 31 in the photos (my normal size) and they felt tight, more like a 30.
I've have several pairs of these over the years, and they are fine khakis, but I've recently realized that they are higher waisted than I prefer. The materials and workmanship are top notch, but is made for those who prefer a higher waisted pant. Just my .02
edit: I suppose I should have read closer - I have owned several pairs of M1 and M2 pants, and they are high waisted. I have never owned a pair of M4s. Mea culpa.
ojinsaJust so you know, the new M4 fit has a rise that is significantly lower than other Bills models (M3, M2, etc). It definitely caters toward a younger demographic that wants a trim, lower rise khaki.
