Beware of this website. I ordered this satchel and received a ladies desk lamp instead. Although I sent the wrong item back, and the other individual who received my bag did the same, they will not send my item to me. It's been over a week, and no one will even respond to my emails. I now have to contact my bank to reverse the 189.00 charge. This company is really awful.

123aneIt's a weird policy that massdrop has. They screw up the shipping and will not honour your purchase. Even though it gets returned to them. Funds are returned of course.
All of the orders have been shipped and are now on the way to you! Once tracking is available, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for this information to update in the courier’s system.

We've been in touch with the vendor regarding the group's order and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!

Thanks again for joining this drop! We have submitted the group's order with the vendor for the British Belt Co. Langdale Satchel and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them. The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 12/16.

I picked this up a few months ago. The shoulder strap is way too long -- at least for me -- and the adjuster just slides along the strap and doesn't stay in place. Personally I don't think it was worth it, even at the reduced MassDrop price.
RBinTNyeah I have the same problem, the strap doesn't stay in place and some of the stitching is starting to come out on the strap.
Overall, good bag, but the strap doesn't seem to be holding up well.
