Cayin N6
The N6 Design
Made from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, the Cayin N6 DAP is characterized by its unique geometric design, which incorporates a rectangular body and a circular display. The N6 comes with three 3.5 mm ports including line out, which has 1.7V of output power, a headphone out that can carry a 220mW+220mW w/32 ohm load, and a coaxial cable out.
Build and Features
The N6 comes equipped with a dual core processor that is capable of supporting native DSD hardware decoding as well as formats up to 24bit/192kHz in resolution, MP3/WAV/FLAC/OGG/APE/ALAC/AAC/WMA/M4A and CUE. The DAP is built with 8GB of internal memory and can support a 128GB microSD card. The N6 design also holds internal chips with high quality dual PCM1792A DACs that process the left and right channels separately.

Also featured in the N6 are a dedicated high performance PGA2311 volume control chip, and three different TCXO crystal oscillators. The Cayin N6 DAP is capable of driving IEMs or open/closed back full size cans. Additionally the N6 serves as an asynchronous USB DAC.
